Do any of the Hawaii judges look at grad apps early?

Grad. Received a call and will be doing a phone conference interview with Kay next week.

12:01 AM: Did you include a cover letter "describing personal background and relevant, significant experiences" and your LSAT score in your application? (As mentioned in his OSCAR posting) when did you receive the call?

oh, congrats btw :)

My cover letter definitely did not include my LSAT score haha. Though I suppose yes it did include background and significant experiences...I guess...

And thanks!

Anyone ever do an interview by teleconference have any suggestions on how to get access to such for free when my law school is being somewhat ridiculous about it.

Correction video conference--it's about $300/hr at Kinkos.

you can do it for free if you live near a federal courthouse and you get the judge's staff to set it up for you. i interviewed with a judge in HI from the san jose courthouse.

Does anyone know how long it usually takes for the judges to send out interview/rejections, or when the judges typically interview?

anyone heard from Mollway?

Anyone heard from Seabright yet?

Anonymous said...

I haven't heard from Mollway or Seabright.

Per calls to chambers, Mollway and Seabright have scheduled their interviews.

I just received a rejection letter from Ezra

just received a generic rejection email from Mollway.

Odd, I didn't hear from Mollway. You'd think she'd reject everyone.

Anonymous said...

You think that it would be common courtesy to send out a rejection letter, or rejection e-mail, at the least...

Are all the judges done hiring?

Anonymous said...

Per call to chambers, Mollway is done.

I have been told that Judge Mollway sent out a rejection to everyone who did not get the job. Sept. 16 @ 12:10 and Sept. 17 @ 8:05, you should have received your rejections by now.
