Judge Eagan in N.D. Okla. follows the Hiring Plan.
Judge Frizzell in N.D. Okla. has no openings in the 2009-2010 year. He has a permanent clerk and a two-year term clerk who is working in chambers from 2008-2010.
Eagan has hired.
