Any info on whether Judge Anita Brody (EDPA) has finished hiring for 2009-10?
Judge Rufe (EDPA), though listed on OSCAR, has promised her clerkship positions to specific individuals.
Any word on Judge Pollak's (Sr. EDPA) hiring? What kind of qualifications does one need to get a clerkship with him?
Re. Judge Pollak: Stellar.
I believe both of last year's were top Yale grads, and both went on to highly prestigious circuit clerkships... I think one may soon be a SCOTUS clerk; someone correct me if I'm wrong.
Pollak follows the plan. Current clerks are GULC, Stanford, Maryland. Totally stellar creds seem to be the rqmt.

I'm going to second that on Rambo...heard she made an offer early today. I'm not sure if that's her only open spot or not, or if the individual accepted (though Im assuming they did).
