Guyton?
Per a call to chambers, Judges Shirley and Guyton (who share law clerks) are no longer hiring for the 2009-10 term because the current clerk has decided to stay on through fall 2011.
Does anyone know if the emergency temporary clerkship position in Nashville (June 1, 2009-June 1, 2010) has been filled?
