Any word on DC COA for 09-10?
No idea. I applied about a month ago and haven't heard word one yet...
DC Court of Appeals does not have a set hiring plan. Judges hire on their own individual schedules and they all do different things. You can't really predict it. I know one is interviewing now, another has already hired, and most wait until fall.
Any names?
At least one has started calling.

Several have started interviewing already. Judge Fisher has hired. Does anyone know about Judge Washington?
Yes, I'm sure about Kramer. She hired two clerks from Michigan.
Judge Farrell is retired and not hiring.
Glickman is done hiring, per a letter from his chambers.

Reid has hired. I don't think Ruiz and Washington have hired. And if you mean Thompson, she has hired for at least one of her positions.
