Wait, about Davis -- I didn't see any openings for him on OSCAR. He was hiring for 2009?
Not all judges use OSCAR to announce their clerkships. In fact, many judges prefer the paper applications. You have to call chambers of judges to find out who is hiring - the fact that a judge is not listed on OSCAR simply means they don't choose to use it.

My understanding is that all of the district court judges in MD are done except Williams
per his secretary, bennett is done interviewing.
